How to Apply for Small Grants:

Komen Charlotte is now offering small grants of up to $5,000 in three areas: capacity building, urban outreach and rural health.

Capacity building grants will allow training for community organizers, nurse and patient navigators, staff education on breast health awareness, as well as funding for breast health education and awareness projects. Urban outreach and rural health grants will target uninsured or underinsured individuals to increase access to breast cancer services or improve breast health within our 13-county service area.

How to Apply for Community Health Grants:

Community health grants are available for one year and on a fiscal cycle from April 1- March 31. Komen Charlotte is not currently accepting applications for community health grants. More information will be available at a later date.
